When calling the 24-hour support line the tech support specialist needs to be able to both find your account and verify your identity as the account holder.
If you are logged into your account then your Account Number and Pin are both found by clicking on the user icon to the upper right of the screen. The account number will display next to the link to get the PIN in the window that opens when you click the icon.
If you set up 2 factor authentication then you will need to input a verification to display the PIN.
